Our Story

Wellsradio remained steadfastly operational without a single day offline. In October 2021, the station obtained its terrestrial license, becoming Wellsradio 89.3 FM. Our goal has always been to provide safe, family-friendly content for Oyo State residents and global audiences. Known as “The Family Radio Station,” we pride ourselves on safe entertainment, quality discussions, progressive nation-building conversations, and a foundation of professional broadcasting. On January 1st, 2024, Wellsradio 89.3 FM was officially commissioned and began full operations in February 2024.
