Eating generally has a way of pulling us into a state of addiction if we do not control our cravings. Really it’s cool to eat as much as you can when you have occasions, gatherings and even during festivities just know you are going to have to work your butt off at the gym.
This episode focuses on emotional eating which comes into play when you try to satisfy an insatiable hunger with food, this phenomenon doesn’t just happen once or twice, it becomes a habit of binge eating, When this becomes a habit, it leads to a destructive cycle can easily lead emotional eaters to become overweight or obese because many of them feel hungry most of the time.
